STARTING A HOME INSPECTION REPORT

Opening a new report, filling in the client and property information page, selecting a report template, adding or removing a pest inspection, selecting invoice or receipt options, connecting your report to your pictures and inserting cover photos.

ENTERING IN DESCRIPTIONS

Employing description pulldowns, entering custom descriptions, descriptions for multiple items such as three water heaters, eliminating descriptions so that sections of the report do not print, how the ScribeWare descriptions are designed to insure you comply with state and national standards.

ADDING OBSERVATIONS, PHOTOS, AND CAPTIONS

Using photos as your inspection checklist, adding photos to the report, taking advantage of the autotext library for an observation, adding arrows and captions to photos, using the WDO box for Wood Destroying Organism inspections, using color coded modifiers to help your clients distinguish routine maintenance from true dysfunction.
